If you are like me and have been struggling since your gym closed due to COVID-19 this is the post for you! I have always preferred lifting to cardio so now that I am forced to workout at home I have had to change up my routine a bit. I want to share some of my favorite resources for working out at home today! Among these resources I also encourage you to get outside and go for as many walks and hikes as possible. If you have extra income I also ask that you consider hiring a local personal trainer to do virtual sessions with as these people have lost a big part of their income due to gyms closing. Feel free to share any of your at home fitness tips as well 🙂

I recently subscribed to MadFit on YouTube and have been loving her at-home workouts. She posts no equipment video as well as videos that use minimal weights. Her videos are both home and apartment friendly!

I have been loving using the Nike Training App for ab workouts, hiit workouts, strength circuits, yoga, and more! This app is free from the app store with the option to join a premium membership to access more fitness content.
